Our team is led by Christopher Davies CMIOSH FRSH who is a Health and Safety Practitioner. Health and Safety Direct manage and take responsibility for your occupational health requirements.
- Absence Monitoring
We work with you to reduce absence rates, and will provide you with your own absence monitoring software program that is produced by our sister software company HSD Innovation.com. We manage all medical referrals through our unique network of occupational physicians in the UK. This network allows employees to be seen local to their place of work.
We can provide support and training of managers and put in place a company nurse to assist with absence monitoring.
We will tailor our services to meet different client requirements. - Risk Management Assessment
Health and Safety Direct Health Care Management can improve staff wellbeing by implementing cost effective risk management assessment programmes, which may include pre-employee Health Questionnaires.
