Value: €18m This is a prestige 13 story office building with basement car-parking. The main frame is insitu concrete with insitu concrete floors. The façade is an aluminium double-glazed curtain walling system incorporating windows and doors. The building comprises 12,530 m2 and the contract included both site-works and external services. |
Value: €3.0m Construction and fit-out of a precast concrete framed three storey office building. The envelope consists of curtain walling and an integrated cladding/window system. The building is air-conditioned with associated electrical and mechanical services. The contract included all site services and landscaping. |
| Restoration of Palm House, Botanic Gardens, Dublin | Liffey House Office Development, Dublin |
Value: €14.0m The project comprised the faithful restoration of the Palm House. It included the removal of glass, dismantling and transportation to contractors yard of all ironwork and timber together with initial blast cleaning of ironwork to allow inspection. All elements were restored, returned to site and reassembled. |
Value: €14.0m The works consisted of the demolition of the existing 'Liffey House', a seven storey over basement 1960's office block, and the construction of a eight storey over single basement office block with an approximate gross floor area 4,700 sq. metres and included associated site-works. |

Value: €21.0m The work consisted of the construction of a 3/4 storey school of nursing, incorporating within the building a Health Living Centre on the ground and first floors. The building is fully fitted out including services installations and the contract also included all associated external works. The gross floor area of the building is 7,637m2. The frame of the building is reinforced concrete column and flat slab with some areas of structural steel. The façade is a mixture of stone cladding, terracotta cladding and render with blockwork inner leaf. |
Value: €2.4m Construction of an extension to the existing Leisureworld Complex consisting of a new Pool, Health Suite, Aerobics Room and changing for both Pool and External Pitches. Internal alterations consist of alterations to enlarge the Gym and remodel existing layout of changing room. Works include all associated mechanical, electrical and external works. |
